1. All items sold are not refundable and not exchangeable; items are non-negotiable as well.
2. Payment has to be made before delivery of items.
3. All items sent out will be in its best condition. Therefore, no responsibilities held for any damages and losses incurred during the course of delivery.
4. Reservation is opened for 48 hours and payment has to be made within the 48 hours. Items will be opened to the public again if payment has not been made.
5. All sales made means terms and conditions have been agreed by the customers.
6. Back out will not be tolerated after confirmations.
7. Restocking requires full payment in advance.

Shipping

1. All parcels will be delivered through postage in most conditions.
2. Limited COD is available, however, feel free to email me the preferred venue and time. (Average flat rate of RM5 will be charged, depends on the location)

3. Items will be delivered within 4 days after receiving payment.

Pos Laju - requires signature, next day delivery
RM6 (WM); RM8 (EM) for 500 grams
(Increment of RM2 is required for every 250 grams extra.)

Pos Ekspress - does not require signature, next day delivery
RM5 (1 or 2 items only)

Tracking id will be provided.
Only Pos Laju and Ekspress service will be provided for safety purpose.
